VIP Home Departure Service™
Others may try to imitate it with offers of rail and coach tickets and others may try to emulate it with a poor facsimile, that is really a very limited service operated by a third party. The fact remains that the Titan VIP Home Departure Service™, is still the original and the best.
Only Titan have their own team of uniformed chauffeur-drivers trained to assist you in every way, together with their own fleet of vehicles, comprising of air conditioned VW Caravelles to pick you up from your home and take you to the airport for your international flight.
On our escorted tours, you will be met at the airport from our transport, by a member of our Airport Services team and a Skycaps porter who will assist you with your luggage and check-in. This service is included free of charge on every Fully Escorted Tour, on every departure date and to every client.

It is important to note that for all clients using our VIP Service, only one suitcase,
plus one piece of hand baggage per person will be permitted.

English Commentary Only
All Titan escorted tours are conducted in English only commentary.

Value For Money
Value for Money Titan escorted tours include a full range of excursions that always include the must see highlights, entrance fees to many attractions, some meals, entertainment and porterage (one suitcase per person). All local taxes and airport security charges are included in the price - we exclude only the documentation handling charge for entry into the United States from Canada, as this has to be paid locally by the individual.

Daily Seat Rotation
A pleasant and fair custom, strongly supported by our clients, is the change of seating places on the coach each day, giving everyone a variety of views.

No Smoking On Board
Titan maintains a totally non-smoking environment on board the coach for the comfort of the majority. Tours are planned to include at least one stop on most half day segments, giving the smoker plenty of time to 'light up'. All airlines flying to Canada from the U.K. are also ompletely non-smoking.

Age Limit
Titan escorted holidays are not suitable for children under 12 years of age on the date of departure and we regret we cannot accept bookings for child en younger than this.

VIP Home Departure Service™
On the day your escorted holiday begins we will pick you up from your home and drive you
to Heathrow or Gatwick for your international flight. On your return we will collect you from the
airport and drive you home to your front door. This is Titan’s unique VIP Home Departure
Service™ for Connections customers – and absolutely free of charge.

Advantage Of VIP Services

• You will be picked up from your home.
• Transfer in comfort to Heathrow or Gatwick. Our own fleet of modern, airconditioned
vehicles are complete with satellite tracking system and we have a 24-hour Control Centre to help by-pass delays and jams.
• Our uniformed chauffeurs are there to assist you on your way and will offer complimentary hot drinks during stops on longer journeys.
• For your comfort, no more than three pick-ups will be made by any vehicle en route to the airport and no more than six people will be carried in any vehicle.
• Baggage is limited to one suitcase per person.
• On your return journey you will be met at the airport and taken home to your
front door.

Airport Services
When taking one of our Escorted Tours, you will be met by one of our easily identified staff at Heathrow or Gatwick. As you arrive they will find luggage trolleys and direct and assist with your check-in arrangements. On return, our staff will meet you as you exit customs to direct
you to vehicles for your homeward journey.

Easy Rider
Start your escorted holiday a day earlier. Flight times and the need to check-in early may mean an early start on your day of departure, particularly if you have a long way to travel to the airport.
Our Easy Rider service enables you to leave home at a reasonable hour the day before your flight and stay overnight at a hotel located near to Heathrow or Gatwick Airport and all with
the added comfort of being picked-up from your home. You will be met at your home by our courteous driver and then transferred to your hotel. Your overnight accommodation will be at a minimum four star hotel with good facilities and a restaurant. All accommodation used will have en-suite bathrooms, airconditioned guestrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, direct-dial telephone, television and hairdryer as standard.
The following morning, after your included breakfast, we will again collect you in one of our vehicles and drive you to the airport in plenty of time for your flight and our meet and greet check-in service.
The inclusive charge for our Easy Rider service is £75 per person, based on twin occupancy at the hotel. This service is available on outbound journeys only, subject to availability. The supplement per person for a single room is £40 and the reduction per person for sharing a triple room is £12.
Please note that triple rooms will contain one double bed and one single bed. If three single beds are required then one twin room and one single room will need to be booked at the
separate prices quoted above.
Please note: Our contractual rates with UK Easy Rider hotels do not apply to late bookings. Therefore a supplement of £25 will apply to all Easy Rider bookings made within four weeks of departure. Our Sales and Reservations staff will be happy to advise you of your estimated departure time from your home. During your overnight stay at the Easy Rider hotel, there
will not be a Titan representative available. However, the hotel will be able to assist with any queries you may have and are in contact with our 24-hour Control Centre. The Easy Rider service should be requested at the time of booking. Any subsequent request after you have booked your holiday will be subject to availability of accommodation.

Free Connecting Flights
As an alternative to our VIP Home Departure Service™, we offer free connecting flights with British Midland, subject to availability, from Aberdeen, Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh, Inverness, Glasgow, Leeds / Bradford and Manchester, Conditions apply. Please call for details.
