Branches
Apollo has branches in Auckland and Christchurch open 7 days a week (except Christmas Day, New Years Day and Good Friday). A transfer from the Airport to the branch is provided
free of charge.

Collection and Return
Vehicles must be collected from and returned to the branch between 8am and 4:30pm. On arrival in New Zealand we recommend you spend the first night in a hotel. Remember your body clock will be out of synchronisation and you may be tired after a long flight.

NOTE: Conditions for New Zealand motorhomes differ from those in Australia. Details available on request. Rates are charged per vehicle per day.

Rental Duration The minimum rental for all vehicle is five days (conditions apply).

Fuel and Other Expenses
Your Apollo Motorhome is supplied clean, fully equipped and filled with fuel, water and L.P. Gas. An L.P. Gas Refill Service Fee is payable on pick up of the vehicle and the gas bottle can be returned empty. Once on the road all fuel, gas and campsite fees are your responsibility and the vehicle must be returned with a full tank of fuel. The vehicle is enrolled with the Automobile Club and free emergency road service is available.

Drivers Licence
A valid current drivers licence, held for over two years, is to be produced for everyone intending to drive the vehicle. A valid UK licence is acceptable. Persons under 21 or over 75 years are not allowed to drive under the vehicle insurance cover.

Insurance
The vehicle has third party insurance cover. A standard liability Bond of NZ$5,000 is payable by credit card upon commencement of hire. This Bond is fully refundable when the vehicle is returned in compliance with the terms of the Rental Contract.

Reduction Option 1: The standard liability and bond can be reduced to NZ$2,500 by paying Apollo
NZ$20 per day.

Reduction Option 2: The standard liability and bond can be reduced to NZ$250 by paying Apollo NZ$35 per day.

With Reduction Option 1 and 2 the bond is payable by cash, travellers cheques or credit card

All-Inclusive Upgrade
For an additional £17.50 per day, an all inclusive option is also available. Please call for further details.

One Way Rentals
There is no additional fee for one-way rentals.
