Begin with Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® to Heathrow Airport for your Virgin Atlantic flight to New York. On arrival a private transfer is included to your downtown hotel. 3 nights: New York City
New York’s myriad delights combine to create what is probably the world’s most exciting city. Discover incredible shopping at famous stores such as Tiffany’s, Bloomingdales or Macy’s, take in an unforgettable show on Broadway or enjoy a stroll around the antiquated residential area of Greenwich Village. Part of the New York experience is simply witnessing the iconic places and sights that have acted as the back-drop to numerous films and television shows, such as Central Park, the Empire State Building and the beautiful Art Deco-pinnacled Chrysler Building in Midtown, and the impressive United Nations Building on the East River. And no trip to the Big Apple would be complete without a visit to see the Statue of Liberty.
For a travelling treat today make your way to the train station for a three-hour rail journey through the New England states of Connecticut and Rhode Island to Boston, Massachusetts. Upon arrival make your way to your centrally located hotel. 3 nights: Boston
Boston is the epitome of sophistication and the place where the USA’s fight for independence began. Compact, walkable, historic and clean, it blends old world charm with modern convenience. This vibrant city has some of the best-preserved historic buildings and neighbourhoods in the country. There are lots of ways to explore, either with your favourite walking shoes or on a hop-on/hop-off trolley bus. Stroll the Freedom Trail to take a fascinating look at the American Revolution. Wind your way through narrow streets, and re-live the story of the Boston Tea Party. Take time to visit Quincy Market, Chinatown and Beacon Hill, with its gas lamps and cobblestone avenues. There are many museums as well as Boston’s well-known factory outlets, antique shops, craft galleries and markets.
Enjoy a leisurely private transfer to Falmouth in Cape Cod. Located less than two hours’ drive from Boston, this quintessential New England town has distinctive gabled buildings housing quaint shops and antique stores, many bicycle paths and walking trails, and miles of warm water beaches. Your stay will be at the Shoreway Acres Resort Inn, set on five acres of lawns in the heart of Falmouth’s Historic District. As it is set right on the sea, you are guaranteed some of the best-tasting seafood in the world. 3 nights: Falmouth
Enjoy two days discovering the beauty of this region. Exploring on foot is on the agenda as you can walk to almost everything - the village, beaches, duck pond, bird sanctuary, day spa, trolley stop, churches, library and "restaurant row" with its excellent eateries. Local historic sites and landmarks tell the proud role that Cape Cod has played in American history. From Falmouth’s harbour front, consider a trip by ferry to the beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard and discover a variety of landscapes in the six independent towns whose separate histories form a composite tale of the island’s past. “Down-island” is the busy, fashionable eastern half of the island where Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and Vineyard Haven lure the rich and famous, and “up-island” are the sparsely populated and sleepy towns to the west. Relax on one of the pristine shores, explore the historic inns or enjoy recreational activities from horseback riding to golf and tennis.
Today you will be transferred by private car from Cape Cod to Boston Airport for your overnight flight to the UK.
Arrive at Heathrow Airport where Titan staff will meet you and transfer you to your front door.
